How to Use It:
Once you select a know-now broadcast, the product broadcast page appears with the video content being the main focus.
The menu on the right allows you to access product overview commercials, which appear when you click on a bold link, and detailed training when you click on a sub-topic. The video control bar under the video content contains the standard video control buttons - Pause, Stop, Play, Rewind, and Fast Forward. Use these buttons to review or repeat different sections of the video. Below the video control buttons are product links that allow you to obtain additional product information. At any time, you can select another know-now broadcast from the Select Product drop-down field in the upper right corner of the broadcast page.
